In collaboration with the Fairfield County Foundation, the Bloom-Carroll Education Fund was created to provide resources for current students, educations, and those who support them. The fund requires a minimum monetary balance at initiation, which permits it to grow and provide investment income and growth in perpetuity, one of the benefits of pooling with other charitable funds in Fairfield County.
Each year, the Bloom-Carroll Education Fund Committee will review and award grants to applicants, to the extent the funds permit, and with priority to those requests that will benefit the most students.
Materials for Learning
Many educational materials become quickly outdated in the current world of advancing technology. It is important to provide our students with the most up to date tools possible in order to best prepare them for the future.
Tools for Teachers
We strive to provide education tools to address the needs of teachers and their student communities. From training on the latest technology to new pedagogical methods, we want to help teachers make their classrooms engaging and successful.
Additional Resources
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning.
